1. Notice and Action Mechanism (DSA)
In accordance with the European Union Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, “DSA”), Rekovr provides this mechanism for anyone to notify us of content on the platform that they consider to be illegal.
2. What Counts as Illegal Content
Illegal content includes, but is not limited to: stolen goods, counterfeit items, content infringing intellectual property rights, defamation, hate speech, content depicting child sexual abuse material, or any other content prohibited by applicable Union or national law.
3. How to Submit a Report
To submit a report, please send an email to report@rekovr.ai with the following information:
- A precise description of the content you consider illegal.
- The exact location of the content (URL, item ID, or other identifier).
- An explanation of the reasons why you believe the content is illegal.
- Your name and email address (anonymous reports are accepted for serious violations such as child sexual abuse content).
- A declaration that the information provided is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete.
4. Review and Action
Rekovr will review your report in a timely, diligent, and objective manner. Where applicable, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the reported content.
- Suspend or terminate the account of the user who posted it.
- Notify the relevant authorities when required by law.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt and, where possible, a notification of the action taken.
5. Counter-Notice and Appeals
If your content has been removed and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice to report@rekovr.ai within 30 days of the action.
6. Trusted Flaggers
Reports submitted by entities designated as “trusted flaggers” under Article 22 DSA are processed with priority.
